All rates are per room per night and include breakfast, VAT and Wi-Fi. Book direct and there is no booking fee.
The rooms
Eleven rooms across three types. No two are identical, and we will tell you honestly which one suits you if you call.
Five of these, on the first and second floors at the front. Original sash windows looking straight down onto the water. The second floor pair are a little smaller but have the better view.
Three rooms at the back over the walled courtyard. Noticeably quieter than the front in summer, when the harbour is busy until late.
The whole top floor. A sitting area under the original beams, and the only room with a view across the harbour to the point. Two flights of stairs and no lift.

Two night minimum on summer weekends and over the Open Championship. Stay five nights or more and the fifth is half price.

En suite, fast Wi-Fi, tea and coffee with fresh milk, a safe, and blackout blinds that actually work in a Scottish summer.
There is one in the morning room. The rooms have books and a radio instead, which people either love or find out about here first.
